Clerk Signed Special Assessment Roll
Clerk Signed the Warrant, attached the Special Assessment Roll, and Treasurer signed the Warrant.
Public Hearing closed at 7:45pm and board meeting for September called to order.
Motion made by Wm Vaarberg and supported by K Denny to approve August Board Meeting Minutes and August Special Meeting Minutes. Motion passed with 5 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent.
Berlin Township Board would like to thank Mr & Mrs Walkington for their generous donation of $8,000.00 to Letts Cemetery.
Motion made by P Rust and supported by K Denny to approve Fire Assessment Budget-Income & Expenses. Motion passed 5 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent.
Motion made by R Alexander and supported by P Rust for the purchase of plastic containers and shelving for the storage unit. Motion passed 5 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent.
Motion made by R Alexander and supported by Wm Vaarberg to approve the purchase of a cemetery lot certificate book for Letts Cemetery. Motion passed 5 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent.
