Meeting called to order by Supervisor R Bennett

Minutes were approved as read with clerical errors changed.
Treasurer’s report was approved as read.
Motion made by Wm Vaarberg and supported by R Alexander to move $700,000.00 out of the General Fund to a money market account at Mercantile Bank of Ionia. Motion passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent.
Motion made by R Bennett and supported by Wm Vaarberg for the township to cover 50% of the Treasurer’s internet costs. Motion passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent.
Motion made by R Alexander and supported by R Bennett to approve two applications of Brine, and 4000 yrds of Gravel, and Gradall Agreements for ICRD. Motion passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent.
Motion made by P Rust and supported by Wm Vaarberg to accept payment of the township bills as submitted. Motion passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent.
Motion made by Wm Vaarberg and supported by R Alexander to adjourn. Motion passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent. Meeting ended at 9:30pm.
