Board Meeting called to order by Supervisor R Bennett.
Pledge recited.
Minutes were approved as read minus correction: Meeting adjourned at 7:50pm, not 6:50pm.
Treasurer’s report was approved as read.
Motion made by M Palmer and supported by R Alexander to approve the Reimer Dr subdivision Chip/Fog Seal estimate from ICRD. Motion passed 3 yes, 0 no, 2 abstained.
Roll call- Yes: R Bennett, M Palmer, and R Alexander. Abstained: Wm Vaarberg and W Marcussen
Discussion on blight situations within the Twp-Tabled.
Motion made by Wm Vaarberg and supported by W Marcussed to extend Metro Act Right of Way Permit with AT&T for 5 years. Motion passed 5 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent.
Motion made by M Palmer and supported by W Marcussed to approve estimate for the installation of security monitoring for the clerk’s drop box.
Motion made by Wm Vaarberg and supported by W Marcussen to accept payment of the township bills as submitted. Motion passed 5 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent.
