Special Guests: Clint Rudd, Penny Rust-Deputy Treasuer, MK Shaver
Board Meeting called to order by Supervisor R Bennett.
Pledge recited.
Minutes were approved as read.
Treasurer’s report was approved as read.
M Palmer read a letter from resident T Goucher regarding dissatisfaction with recent chip & seal to Reimer Dr subdivision.
Motion made by Wm Vaarberg and supported by W Marcussen for Treasurer to meet with Mercantile Bank to start the process for electronic payment options. Motion passed 5 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent.
Zoom meeting with attorney MK Shaver regarding City of Ionia 425 properties.
Motion made by W Marcussen and supported by Wm Vaarberg to accept payment of the township bills as submitted. Motion passed 5 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent.
