Board Meeting called to order by Supervisor R Bennett.
Pledge recited.
Minutes were approved as read.
Treasurer’s report was approved as read.
Motion made by Wm Vaarberg and supported by M Palmer to accept Earnest Enterprises LLC to construct Berlin Twp website. Motion passed 5 yes, 0 no, 0 absent.
Motion made by M Palmer and supported by W Marcussen to approve 3 year contract with Assessor Heather Hoffman and approve Pivot Point Software. Motion passed 5 yes, 0 no, o absent.
Discussion on township road-Tabled.
Motion made by Wm Vaarberg and supported by W Marcussen to accept payment of the township bills as submitted. Motion passed 5 yes, 0 no, 0 absent.
