Board Meeting called to order by Supervisor R Bennett.
Minutes were approved as read.
Treasurer’s report was approved as read.
Presentation from Assessor Heather Hoffman. Discussion on Pivot Point Software and wage level.
Presentation from Amy LeForge with Earnest Enterprises LLC.
Motion made by M Palmer and supported by Wm Vaarberg to pass Brine Agreement to approve brine at $0.1925 per gallon. Previous brine agreement from 2/7/23 meeting was retracted. Motion passed 5 y, 0 n, 0 absent.
Motion made by M Palmer and supported by R Alexander to pass Berlin Township Federal Procurement Conflict of Interest Policy. Motion passed, 5 yes, 0 no, 0 absent.
Worked on General Fund Budget 2023/2024.
Budget Hearing set for Thursday, March 30th 2023 at 1pm at Berlin-Orange Fire Barn.
Motion made by W Marcussen and supported by Wm Vaarberg to accept payment of the township bills as submitted. Motion passed 5 yes, 0 no, 0 absent.
