Board Meeting called to order by Supervisor R Bennett.
Pledge recited.
Minutes were approved as read.
Treasurer’s report was approved as read.
ICRC- No available quote for chip seal.
Proposed Budget for Fire Assessment
Special Assessment Roll-Approved
Certificate signed by R Bennett.
Resolution accepting Cost & Assessment Roll.
Special Fire Assessment Hearing scheduled for Sept 6, 2022 at 7pm at Berlin-Orange Fire Barn.
Approved to clean up Letts Cemetery-Motion made by W Marcussen and supported by M Palmer. Motion carried.
Motion made by R Bennett and supported by M Palmer to add R Alexander to our Michigan One accounts as signer. Motion carried.
Discussion to approve Fire Barn parking lot repair $2000-each Twp. Motion made by M Palmer and supported by W Marcussen. Motion carried.
Motion made by W Marcussen and supported by R Bennett to accept payment of the township bills as submitted. Motion passed 3 yes, 0 no, 2 absent.
