Motion made by P Rust and supported by WM Vaarberg to approve July Board Meeting Minutes and July Special Meeting Minutes. Motion passed with 4 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent.
Special Fire Assessment:
-Cost Estimate filed with Deputy Clerk
-Motion made by P Rust and supported by K Denny for Township Board to Receive Certificate of Township Supervisor attaching proposed Special Assessment. Motion passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent.
-Motion made by WM Vaarberg and supported by P Rust for Township Board to Adopt Resolution Accepting Cost Estimate and Special Assessment Roll and Establish Hearing to Confirm Roll. Motion passed 4 y, 0 n, and 1 absent.
Discussion on M66 Meeting. Concerns about light at M66 & Riverside Dr.
Motion made by P Rust and supported by WM Vaarberg to apply brine at 3000 gallons/mile for the 1 ½ miles of Tuttle Rd & Ainsworth Rd. Motion passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent.
Motion made by WM Vaarberg and supported by K Denny to approve Treasurer’s report as read. Motion passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent.
Motion made by WM Vaarberg and supported by P Rust to accept payment of the township bills as submitted. Motion passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent.
