Tuesday, JULY 21, 2026 at 11 a.m. a meeting of the July Board of Review will
take place in the Orange/Berlin Township Hall, located at 265 David Hwy, Ionia,
Michigan, to conduct business as outlined in statute.
The authority for July and December Board of Review actions is established
under MCL 211.53b. The July and December Boards of Review may consider
matters involving qualified errors, current-year poverty exemptions, the Qualified
Agricultural Property Exemption under MCL 211.7ee, the Qualified Forest
Property Exemption under MCL 211.7jj(1), and the Eligible Development
Property Exemption under MCL 211.7ss.
The July Board of Review does not hear valuation appeals at this meeting.
