Motion made by P Rust and supported by K Denny to approve May Board Meeting Minutes & May Special Meeting Minutes. Motion passed with 4 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent.
Motion made by P Rust and supported by C Rudd to approve Chip/Fog Seal to Schoolboy Subdivision off M-66. Motion passed with 4 yes, 0 no and 1 absent.
Motion made by P Rust and supported by C Rudd to approve Chip/Fog Seal to Bennett Rd (Harwood Rd to M-66). Motion passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent.
Motion made by P Rust and supported by C Rudd to approve Chip/Fog Seal to Peck Lake Rd (West of Jordan Lake Rd). Motion passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent.
Motion made by P Rust and supported by C Rudd to approve Chip/Fog Seal to Bennett Rd (Hartwell to Jordan Lake Rd). Motion passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent.
Motion made by P Rust and supported by R Alexander to approve an additional 1500 yards of gravel, totaling 5500 yards. Motion passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent.
Reminder to residents of Berlin Township: Berlin Township has partnered with Pitsch Landfill for a voucher program. Please contact P Rust to obtain a voucher good for two free pick-up load size disposals. Please note that load must be covered with a tarp.
Discussion on Fire Special Assessment regarding current fire department expenses and possible increase required for assessment.
Motion made my R Alexander and supported by P Rust to approve the purchase of 5 Authorities & Responsibilities of MI Township Books from Michigan Township Association. Motion passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent.
Motion made by R Alexander and supported by K Denny to approve Treasurer’s report was approved as read. Motion passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent.
Motion made by P Rust and supported by K Denny to accept payment of the township bills as submitted. Motion passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 1 absent.
