BERLIN TOWNSHIP
2026 MARCH BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING SCHEDULE
The Berlin Township March Board of Review (MBOR) will meet at the Berlin / Orange
Fire Department building front meeting room, located at 265 David Hwy, Ionia, MI
48846, for the purpose of hearing and considering valuation and classification appeals,
poverty exemptions, correct clerical errors, and to equalize the 2026 assessment roll.
The Organization Meeting (no appeal hearings) will be held on:
Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.
Appeal Hearings will be held as follows:
Monday, March 9, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday, March 10, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
By resolution, appeals to the Board of Review are by appointment or by signed letter
appeal. To ask valuation questions or to schedule an appointment, please contact the
Assessor’s Office at (616) 987-0067. Signed letter appeals must be received no later
than March 7, 2026, and mailed to: Berlin Township Board of Review, c/o Assessor, PO
Box 175, Lowell, MI 49331.
