Treasurer’s report was approved as read.
Motion made by P Rust and supported by WM Vaarberg to pass Resolution of Berlin Twp adopting Ionia County’s Hazard Mitigation Plan. Motion passed 5 yes, 0 no and 0 absent.
Motion mad by R Alexander and supported by P Rust to appoint Abby Guernsey as Berlin Twp Representative for The Saranac Clarksville District Library. Motion passed 5 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent.
Motion made by WM Vaarberg and supported by P Rust to amend Ordinance #26 “To establish a basis for reimbursement of charges, costs and fees incurred by the Berlin-Orange Twp Fire Department for providing certain emergency response services and to provide for the collection of such charges, costs and fees” to include medical costs. Motion passed 5 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent.
Motion made by P Rust and supported by Wm Vaarberg to accept payment of the township bills as submitted. Motion passed 5 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent.
