Motion made by R Bennett and supported by P Rust to appoint Clint Rudd as Township Supervisor. Motion passed 4 yes and 0 no.

Yes: P Rust, W Marcussen, R Alexander, and Wm Vaarberg
No:
Ineligible to vote: R Bennett
Board vote for Trustee Position containing three applicants. Ballot results were 4 votes for Kim Denny. W Marcussen ineligible to vote.
Motion made by W Marcussen and supported by R Bennett to adjourn. Motion passed 5 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent. Meeting closed at 3:50pm.
