Discussion on Special Fire Assessment and 2026 Fire Budget.
Motion made by P Rust and supported by K Denny to increase the Fire Special Assessment Base Assessment to $146.00 and to increase the following Property Classes Base Assessments:
Commercial Improved (201-<100,000 sq ft) to 4 Base Assessments
Leased Commercial Improved (201/210-<100,000 sq ft) to 4 Base Assessments
Commercial Improved (201->100,000 sq ft) to 12 Base Assessments
Industrial Improved (301) to 12 Base Assessments
Motion passed with 5 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent.
Motion made by R Alexander and supported by WM Vaarberg to adjourn. Motion passed 5 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent. Meeting closed at 8:45pm.
